PENINGKATAN KEMAMPUAN BERPIKIR KRITIS MATEMATIS DAN RESILIENSI MATEMATIS SISWA SMP DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN MODIFIED ELICITING ACTIVITIES

Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh gambaran tentang peningkatan kemampuan berpikir kritis matematis dan resiliensi matematis siswa yang memperoleh pembelajaran dengan Modified Eliciting Activities. Penelitian ini dilakukan di salah satu Sekolah Menengah Pertama di Jakarta Pusat kelas VIII. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuasi eksperimen. Materi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah materi bangun ruang sisi datar. Instrumen penelitian sebanyak 5 butir soal kemampuan berpikir kritis matematis dan 25 pernyataan resiliensi matematis. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah 1) Peningkatan kemampuan berpikir kritis matematis siswa yang mendapatkan pembelajaran dengan Modified Eliciting Activities lebih tinggi secara signifikan daripada siswa yang mendapatkan pembelajaran dengan pembelajaran konvensional. 2) Pencapaian resiliensi matematis siswa yang mendapat pembelajaran dengan Modified Eliciting Activities lebih tinggi secara keseluruhan daripada siswa yang memperoleh pembelajaran pembelajaran konvensional ditinjau secara keseluruhan.  Abstract: The aim of this research is to get a picture about the enhancement of critical thinking and mathematical resilience students after learning using Modified Eliciting Activities. This research conducted in the private junior high school in Jakarta class VIII. The method of this research is a quasi-experiment. The material used in this research was build a flat side room. The research instrument consisted of 5 critical thinking skill problems, and 25 statements of mathematical resilience.
