Masalah lainnya yaitu, kecenderungan suami istri bekerja menyebabkan pola pengasuhan anak bergeser dibanding puluhan tahun silam.
Abstract: Â Abstract many problems experienced by parents with children aged (golden period). But gold time is unlikely to be repeated in the child's cycle. The problem that is often found is the difficulty of parenting at the age of 0-6 years for parents working in the digital era. Another problem is that the trend of husband and wife work causes a shifted parenting pattern compared to decades ago. On the other hand, new parents don't yet have much knowledge of childcare. It is certainly a challenge for parents to adopt law number 23 year 2002 on child protection. Therefore, the parenting 0-6 Year training program for working parents is needed in the community. Of course, the training program should have a curriculum design and development program. Previous studies have shown that learning-based e-learning with compelling design can increase the interest of learning participants. The research aims to design an e-learning-based training curriculum with the Moodle platform. The study used the systematic curriculum model of Dick & Carey. The research method uses qualitative descriptive. Stage testing procedures, i.e. individual evaluations, small group evaluations, and field trials. The results of this research are the design and development of e-leraning curriculum conducted through ten phases. Product design shows curriculum design can be used to be implemented in the process of e-learning training activities.References
