ANALISIS MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN BERBASIS E-LEARNING DALAM MENDUKUNG PEMBELAJARAN PADA MATA PELAJARAN ADMINISTRASI KEPEGAWAIAN KELAS XI OTKP

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana penggunaan media pembelajaran berbasis e-learning dalam mendukung proses pembelajaran pada mata pelajaran administrasi kepegawaian di kelas XI OTKP SMK IPIEMS Surabaya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 3 siswa dan 1 guru sebagai triangulasi sumber pada kelas XI OTKP SMK IPIEMS Surabaya dan objek penelitian yaitu media pembelajaran E-learning yang digunakan pada mata pelajaran administrasi kepegawaian. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan teknik wawancara dan observasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu teknik analisis data menurut miles dan huberman dengan melakukan 4 tahapan yaitu pengumpulan data, pengolahan data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian ini memiliki kesimpulan bahwa media pembelajaran berbasis e-learning (Google classroom dan google meet) memiliki pengaruh positif dalam mendukung proses pembelajaran siswa di kelas XI OTKP SMK IPIEMS Surabaya dikarenakan membuat siswa dapat mengikuti pembelajaran dengan baik. Hal ini terbukti dari pernyataan yang dipaparkan oleh siswa mengenai penggunaan media pembelajaran e-learning tersebut (google classroom dan google meet) membuat siswa lebih termotivasi dan focus dalam mengikuti proses pembelajaran berlangsung meskipun kendala yang dijumpai juga ada seperti halnya jaringan, kuota internet, dan lain sebagainya.

Abstract: This study aims to determine how the use of e-learning-based learning media in supporting the learning process in personnel administration subjects in class XI OTKP SMK IPIEMS Surabaya. The method used in this research is descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The subjects of this study were 3 students and 1 teacher as source triangulation in class XI OTKP SMK IPIEMS Surabaya and the research object was E-learning learning media used in personnel administration subjects. Data collection techniques in this study are using interview and observation techniques. The data analysis technique used is the data analysis technique according to miles and huberman by performing 4 stages, namely data collection, data processing, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study conclude that e-learning-based learning media (Google classroom and google meet) have a positive influence in supporting the learning process of students in class XI OTKP SMK IPIEMS Surabaya because it makes students able to follow learning well. This is evident from the statements presented by the students regarding the use of e-learning media (google classroom and google meet) which make students more motivated and focused in following the learning process even though the obstacles encountered also exist such as networks, internet quotas, and so on.
