DEVELOPMENT OF MANAGEMENT LEARNING METHODS IMPLEMENTATION OF EXTENSIVE ACTIVITIES USING THE PLAY SONG DAYOHE TEKO

Abstrak: Penelitian ini akan menganalisis pengembangan metode pembelajaran Manajemen Pelaksanaan Kegiatan Penyuluhan menggunakan lagu dolanan Dayohe Teko pada Pelatihan Jarak Jauh Penyuluh perpajakan di Balai Diklat Keuangan Yogyakarta. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuasi-eksperimen, data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner, jumlah responden tiga puluh orang, dan hasilnya dianalisis secara logika induktif. Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa separuh peserta sudah pernah mendengar lagu lagu dolanan Dayohe Teko, namun sebagian besar belum tahu makna dari lagu dolanan Dayohe Teko. Kelemahan penggunaan lagu dolanan tersebut dalam pembelajaran Metode Pembelajaran Manajemen Pelaksanaan Kegiatan Penyuluhan adalah sebagian besar peserta belum pernah mendengar, belum tahu maknanya, dan liriknya menggunakan bahasa Jawa. Sedangkan kelebihannya, merupakan analogi yang filosofis dan tepat agar mudah mengingat kembali materi pembelajaran. Saran perbaikan untuk pengembangan dengan menterjemahkan dalam Bahasa Indonesia, menulis makna lagu tersebut, dinyayikan, dan didiskusikan.
Abstract: This study will analyze the development of learning methods for the Implementation of Extension Activities Management using the play song Dayohe Teko in the Distance Training for Taxation Extension at the Yogyakarta Financial Education and Training Center. The method used is a quasi-experimental, data is collected using a questionnaire, the number of respondents is thirty people, and the results are analyzed logically inductive. The results showed that half of the participants had heard the song Dolanan Dayohe Teko, but most did not know the meaning of the song Dayohe Teko dolanan. The weakness of using the dolanan song in learning the Management Learning Method for the Implementation of Extension Activities is that most participants have never heard of it, do not know its meaning, and the lyrics are in Javanese. Whereas the advantage is that it is a philosophical and appropriate analogy so that it is easy to recall learning material. Suggestions for improvement for development by translating into Indonesian, writing the meaning of the song, singing, and discussing.
