TANTANGAN REALISASI KEBIJAKAN PENDIDIKAN SELAMA PANDEMI COVID-19

Abstrak: Indonesia merupakan salah satu negara yang terkena dampak dari Pandemi Covid-19, jenis penyakit menular yang menyerang sistem pernapasan manusia yang disebabkan oleh Corona Virus Desease (Covid-19). Semua kegiatan dilakukan dari rumah dan tentunya semua tatanan kehidupan berubah secara total. Pada aspek pendidikan, pelaksanaan proses pembelajaran yang semula dilaksanakan secara langsung berubah menjadi tatap maya via digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji tentang tantangan realisasi kebijakan Belajar dari Rumah (BDR) selama pandemi Covid-19 di SD Negeri Margodadi, OKU Timur, Sumatera Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari kepala sekolah, guru, siswa, dan orangtua siswa di SD Negeri Margodadi OKU Timur. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan instrumen pedoman wawancara,pedoman observasi, dan pedoman analisis dokumen. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis data model interaktif Miles dan Huberman yang terdiri dari reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat tantangan dalam realisasi kebijakan Belajar dari Rumah (BDR) selama pandemi Covid-19 di SD Negeri Margodadi, diantaranya adalah kemampuan ekonomi orang tua siswa yang masih rendah, keterbatasan kemampuan literasi digital, dan masih terkendala dalam penggunaan jaringan internet.
Abstract: Indonesia is one of the countries affected by the Covid-19 Pandemic, a type of infectious disease that attacks the human respiratory system caused by Corona Virus Disease (Covid-19). All activities are carried out from home and of course all life arrangements have changed completely. In the educational aspect, the implementation of the learning process which was originally carried out directly turned into a virtual face via digital. This research has purpose to examine the challenge of realising the Learning from Home (BDR) policy during the Covid-19 pandemic at Margodadi Elementary School, East OKU, South Sumatra. . This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. The research subjects consisted of principals, teachers, students, and parents of students at SD Negeri Margodadi OKU Timur. Data were collected using interview guide instruments, observation guidelines, and document analysis guidelines. The data analysis technique used is the Miles and Huberman interactive model data analysis technique which consists of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that there were challenges in the realization of the Learning from Home (BDR) policy during the Covid-19 pandemic at SD Negeri Margodadi, including the low economic ability of students' parents, limited digital literacy skills, and still constrained use of the internet network.
