ANALISIS PERAN GURU DAN ORANG TUA DALAM PELAKSANAAN PEMBELAJARAN DARING

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran guru dan peran orang tua dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran jarak jauh di SDN Gelam I Candi Sidoarjo. Penelitian ini menggabungkan dua teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi dan wawancara semi terstruktur dalam pengambilan data, peran guru dan peran orangtua diklasifikasikan dengan kategori sebagai berikut peran guru: (1) guru sebagai sumber belajar, (2) guru sebagai demonstrator, (3) guru sebagai motivator, (4) guru sebagai pengelola, (5) guru sebagai evaluator. Peran orang tua: (1) memotivasi anak untuk berprestasi dalam belajar, (2) mengatasi masalah-masalah yang menghambat belajar anak, (3) mengenali dan mengembangkan gaya belajar anak. Hasil yang didapatkan yaitu guru dan orang tua menjalankan peran dengan beberapa indikator yang telah dirinci pada pernyataan di atas. Pembelajaran daring membuat orang tua menjadi lebih dekat siswa serta orang tua dapat mengenali karakter sisw a serta mengetahui perkembangan hasil belajar siswa.
Abstract: This study aims to determine the role of teachers and parents in implementing distance learning at SDN Gelam I Candi Sidoarjo. This study combines two data collection techniques, namely observation and semi-structured interviews in data collection, the teacher's role and the role of parents are classified into the following categories: the teacher's role: (1) the teacher as a learning resource, (2) the teacher as a demonstrator, (3) the teacher as a teacher. motivator, (4) teacher as manager, (5) teacher as evaluator. The role of parents: (1) motivate children to excel in learning, (2) overcome problems that hinder children's learning, (3) recognize and develop children's learning styles. The results obtained are that teachers and parents carry out their roles with several indicators that have been detailed in the statement above. Online learning makes parents closer to students and parents can recognize students' characters and know the development of student learning outcomes.
