PERAN AGAMA, PENDIDIKAN DAN TEKNOLOGI BAGI MASYARAKAT DALAM MENCEGAH PSIKOSOMATIK COVID-19

Abstrak: Corona Virus Disease atau yang dikenal dengan COVID-19 adalah virus yang berasal dari China, virus ini menyebar dengan cepat ke seluruh dunia termasuk di Indonesia. Covid-19 adalah penyakit menular yang disebabkan oleh virus SARS CoV-2. Dampak penyebaran pandemi COVID-19 tidak hanya kesehatan fisik tetapi juga berdampak pada kesehatan mental individu yaitu munculnya kecemasan dan psikosomatik. Psikosomatik ini perlu dikelola dengan baik agar tetap waspada namun tidak berlebihan. Saat kondisi seperti ini perlu cara untuk membentengi diri, dengan memanfaatkan teknologi dengan bijak, mencari informasi yang terpercaya, melihat kajian yang dapat mengurangi kecemasan, selalu berdoa agar hati tenang dan meyakini bahwa pandemi adalah kehendak Allah dan ujian dari Allah agar kita tetap tenang. bersyukur atas kesehatan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana peran agama, pendidikan dan teknologi bagi masyarakat dalam mencegah psikosomatik selama pandemi COVID-19. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian ini adalah agama tidak menghambat kemajuan pendidikan teknologi. Peran agama dan pendidikan dalam perkembangan teknologi setidaknya ada dua yaitu: Pertama, menjadikan akidah Islam sebagai paradigma pendidikan dan teknologi. Kedua, menjadikan syariah Islam (yang lahir dari aqidah Islam) sebagai standar bagi pemanfaatan pendidikan dan teknologi dalam kehidupan sehari-hari.
Abstract: Corona Virus Disease or known as COVID-19 is a virus originating from China, the virus spreads quickly throughout the world, including in Indonesia. Covid-19 is an infectious disease caused by the SARS CoV-2 virus. The impact of the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic is not only physical health but also has an impact on individual mental health, namely the emergence of anxiety and psychosomatic. This psychosomatic needs to be managed properly in order to stay alert but not excessive. When conditions like this need a way to fortify oneself, by using technology wisely, looking for reliable information, seeing studies that can reduce anxiety, always praying for the heart to be calm and believing that the pandemic is a will from Allah and a test from Allah so that we can stay calm. grateful for health. The purpose of this study was to find out how the role of religion, education and technology for society in preventing psychosomatics during the COVID-19 pandemic. This research method uses literature or literature and library research methods. The result of this study is that religion does not hinder the progress of education and technology. The role of religion and education in the development of technology is at least two folds, namely: First, making the Islamic faith a paradigm of education and technology. Second, making Islamic sharia (which was born from Islamic creed) is as the standard for the use of education and technology in everyday life.
