Scaffolding Pecahan Kesalahan Konseptual Kesalahan ProseduralAbstract
Abstract: This descriptive qualitative research aims to describe scaffolding in helping students solve the problem of addition and subtraction of fractions. Subjects are RN and KS, junior high school students who have studied but have problems in solving the problem of addition and reduction of fractions. RN performs procedural errors especially in converting mixed fractions to regular fractions and in determining the final result. KS tends to be balanced in making conceptual and procedural errors. KS made a mistake in equating the numerator to a particular denominator, as well as making a mistake in calculating. After the granting of RN and KS scaffolding able to understand and solve the problem of addition and subtraction of fractions.Downloads
