PELATIHAN JOB INTERVIEW DAN SOFT SKILLS GUNA MEMASUKI DUNIA KERJA

Abstrak: Melihat perbandingan antara angka angkatan kerja dan pengangguran di Indonesia membuktikan bahwa untuk mencari pekerjaan di zaman sekarang ini sangat sulit. (Budidarma & Rukmini, 2015) mendapatkan hasil analisis terhadap pengaruh pelatihan tes wawancara kerja dan soft skills. Data menunjukkan bahwa terjadi perubahan mindset partisipan. Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman mengenai teknik wawancara yang baik dan benar serta seberapa pentingnya soft skill dalam membentuk personal branding. Adapun metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pelatihan terdiri dari tahap persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Pelatihan dilaksanakan dengan efektif dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan peserta. Hal tersebut terbukti dengan tingkat partisipasi dari peserta dan peningkatan pemahaman sebesar 76,9 % , Â melalui Pre-test dan Post-test. Peserta memiliki bekal persiapan kerja agar dapat diterima pada perusahaan yang diinginkan baik dari teknik melakukan interview kerja, teknik menjawab pertanyaan-pertanyaan yang diajukan oleh Human Resources Development (HRD), body language pada saat melakukan interview kerja dan persiapan lain.

Abstract:Â The high labor force participation and unemployment rates in Indonesia demonstrate that finding a job today is extremely difficult. (Budidarma & Rukmini, 2015) obtained the findings of an analysis on the effect of job interview test training and soft skills. The data show that the participants' mindset has shifted. This training aims to provide an understanding of proper interview techniques and the significance of soft skills in shaping personal branding. The method of carrying out training activities consists of stages: preparation, implementation, and evaluation. The training was practical in terms of increasing the participants' knowledge. It is proven that with the participation rate of participants and increased understanding by 76.9 %, measured by pre-test and post-test. Participants are provided with work preparation to be accepted by the desired company, including techniques for conducting job interviews, answering Human Resources Development (HRD) questions, body language during job interviews, and other preparations.
