Author Guidelines
Article written for SELAPARANG: Jurnal Pengabdian Masyarakat Berkemajuan, published the results of research and the use of technology to be implemented in the community, including: (1). science fields: MIPA (Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology), Humanities, Social, Law, Culture, Economy, Health, Forestry, Environment, Engineering, Fishery, Animal Husbandry, Food, and Agriculture (2). Training and improvement of educational outcomes; and (3) development of ICT (Information, Communication and Technology)..

A. General Requirements :
The minimum standard requirements of the SELAPARANG: Jurnal Pengabdian Masyarakat Berkemajuan, must be:
- Written in Indonesian
- The length of the submitted paper is at least 10 pages.
- The article must include abstract in Indonesian and English (100-250 words) and be following by the keywords (3-5 words).
- Use of a tool such as Zotero, Mendeley, or EndNote for reference management and formatting. The citation must be in the form of in-text and bibliography are based on APA (American Psychological Association) 6th Edition
- Make sure that your paper is prepared using the SELAPARANG: Jurnal Pengabdian Masyarakat Berkemajuan template

B. Structure of Manuscript :
The manuscript must be prepared and suggested present follow the structure:
- Title. The titles must be accurate, unambiguous, specific, and complete. Do not contain abbreviations that are rarely used. The title of the manuscript should be in 13pt, bold, palatino linguistic type, and written on the left. Titles must have 6 pt spacing at the top and 0 pt spacing at the bottom.
- Author's name, institution, country, and email address. The author's name (without academic degree), name of institution, country and email address are written under the article title. When the script is written by a team, the editor only deals with the first author or corresponding author. The author's name should be in 10pt Palatino Linotype Bold font. Author affiliations are superscripted with numbers and centered in both columns of the manuscript. Author affiliation must be in 8pt palatino linguistic type. The body text should start 1 line (0 pt) below the last address.
- Abstract and Keywords. The abstract must stand alone, meaning there should be no quotations in the abstract. The abstract must briefly present the problem or background of the activity, the purpose of implementing the activity, a description of the target partners and the number of participants involved, the implementation method (which can be in the form of training, mentoring, counseling, socialization, workshops, practice, tutorials, discussion lectures, etc.), and the results of the activities achieved. Avoid using uncommon abbreviations. Abstracts must be presented accurately, briefly, clearly, and specifically. Please follow the word limit (100–250 words). Keywords are the labels of your manuscript; therefore, they should represent the content and highlight your manuscript. Use only abbreviations that are commonly used. for example, DNA. Each word or phrase in the keyword should be separated by a semicolon (;) and Maximum of 5 keywords (words or phrases).
- Introduction. This section must state the purpose of the activity at the end of the introduction. Before setting a goal, the author must provide a background to the problem and a brief literature survey to show the best of previous literature and to show what can be done as a proposed solution to overcome the existing problem.
- Methods. This section describes the time and location of the activity, a description of who the target partners are and how many participants are involved, the method of implementing the activity (which can be in the form of training, mentoring, counseling, socialization, workshops, practice, tutorials, discussion lectures, etc.), and steps for implementing activities consisting of the preparation stage, activity stage, and evaluation and monitoring stage. Describe the evaluation techniques used (questionnaires, pre- and post-tests, observations, interviews, etc.). The stages of implementing activities can be presented in diagram form.
- Result and Discussion. This section presents community activity results based on the activity steps formulated in the method section. The discussion section is describing data processing results, interpreting the findings logically, linking with the relevant referral sources and explains the findings of obstacles during the implementation of community service activities.
- Conclusion. The conclusion contains a brief summary of the community activity results and discussion which answers the community activity objectives.
- References. The reference list format is based on APA (American Psychological Association) 6th edition style. The reference list should appear at the end of the article and includes only literature actually cited in the manuscripts. References are ordered alphabetically and chronologically. It is suggested to apply reference software like Mendeley, Zotero or Endnote. Expect a minimum of 15 references primarily with a minimum of 80% from reputable journal papers with their DOI or URLs.
Copyright Notice
The copyright of the received article shall be assigned to the journal as the publisher of the journal. The intended copyright includes the right to publish the article in various forms (including reprints). The journal maintains the publishing rights to the published articles.
