ABSTRAK
Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah melakukan penyusunan dan pendampingan pengelolaan wisata live-in dusun tertinggi di lereng Merbabu, yaitu Dusun Ngaduman. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan ini, ada tiga. Pertama, sosialisasi konsep usaha live-in. Kedua, merancang tata kelola wisata live-in Dusun Ngaduman. Ketiga, pendampingan implementasi rancangan tata kelola. Peserta kegiatan ini adalah pengurus dan anggota Karang Taruna Kridha Bhakti. 40 orang warga menjadi peserta sosialisasi konsep live-in, sedangkan pendampingan implementasi sistem tata kelola live-in dilakukan pada 30 orang pengurus Divisi Live-In. Program pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan mulai bulan Juni 2022 sampai dengan Agustus 2022. Hasil kegiatan ini adalah peningkatan pemahaman warga dusun atas usaha live-in sebanyak 87,5 persen dan tersedia dokumen sistem tata kelola live-in Dusun Ngaduman. Hasil pendampingan adalah Karang Taruna Kridha Bhakti dapat mengelola usaha live-in sesuai dengan sistem tata kelola yang dibangun pada tahap sebelumnya.

ABSTRACT
This community service activity aims to organize and assist the management of live-in tourism in Dusun Ngaduman, the highest hamlet on the slopes of Merbabu Mountain. There are three methods of implementing this activity: First, the socialization of the live-in business concept. Second, designing the management of live-in tourism in Ngaduman Hamlet. Third, assisting the implementation of the governance design. 40 people participated in the socialization of the live-in concept, while another 30 members of the Live-In Division assisted in the implementation of the live-in governance system. This community service program is implemented from June 2022 to August 2022. The result of this activity is an increase in the understanding of the hamlet residents on the live-in business by 87.5 percent and the availability of Ngaduman Dusun live-in governance system document. The result of the mentoring is that Karang Taruna Kridha Bhakti can manage live-in businesses following the governance system built in the previous stage.
